"I have stayed at your hotel before; my need is to be close to Quinnipiac University. I have had two very wonderful stays and have raved about it to several friends. I am particularly impressed about how clean it is and how pleasant your front desk staff is. Particularly, Samantha, who we have had occasion to converse with before, is an absolute dream. I have not one criticism -- keep up the wonderful work!!"
